Balayya restarting his favourite project

Though he has a strong command as the mass masala hero, Nandamuri Balakrishna is one actor whose passion has always been mythological cinemas. Whenever he comes up with a mythological role his total approach and interest changes, say sources. Now, it is heard that Balayya has decided to restart his favourite project.

This is 'Narthanasala'. Apparently, the film hit the floors few years back but had to be stalled in between due to various reasons. Now, it is heard that Balayya is all pumped up to restart and complete it. Already, the good feelers and positive feedback for his upcoming film 'Srirama Rajyam' has given a strong boost.

If one can recall, the original 'Narthanasala' had the great N T Rama Rao portraying a dual role and his performance as Briharnala was immortal. Applying the same logic, if 'Narthanasala' is remade the chances are very high that Balayya will reprise the same roles. This should be interesting.
