As the date of Ram Charan and Upasana's engagement(Dec 1st) is nearing, there was a lot of buzz about the venue and other arrangements. Though the venue is not finalised yet, the Reddy family have selected two places for the auspicious event. One happens to be the Domakonda Fort and the other one is Prathap C Reddy's farmhouse near Chilukur.
The reason behind two venues is - Domakonda Fort which was built in the 18th Century is still under renovation. Even, the working staff were unable to tell how long it would take to get the fort into shape. The plans to shift the venue didin't work, as Upasana is very particular about her engagement venue and she wants it to take place at the historical fort at any cost.
"The engagement at Domakonda Fort is Upasana's dream. She believes that their love story played out like the film 'Magadheera'," said a source close to both the families.
Everything will be fine if the fort gets ready by the time of Ram Charan's engagement. But, if it fails to happen, then what's the plan. So, to avoid last minute problems, the Reddy family is making alternative arrangements at their farmhouse. Let's hope the event goes off as smoothly as possible!!!
