I will beat your Dappu, you beat mine!

I will beat your Dappu, you beat mine!
"Evadi Dappu aadu kottandehe" shouts Pawan Kalyan in Gabbar Singh song. But in reality if one beats his own dappu, then people will say that he is a 'self dabba' candidate. Hence, the famous guru and sishya started to beat each other's drum. Ram Gopal Varma has always been blowing the trumpet for Puri Jagannadh ever since he started tweeting.

RGV has talked so much about Buddha, Nenu Naa Rakshasi and Businessman. Recently he started praising Puri's latest film Devudu Chesina Manushulu also. Now, it is sishya's turn to return the favor. Maybe Puri should have felt that he is not praising his guru's works as his guru does. Apparently Puri started to beat RGV's Dappu now.

Ram Gopal Varma has been promoting his way of latest filmmaking where no professional cinematographers and customary cameras are involved. He shot his latest film Department in this manner and he calls it Rogue filmmaking. Puri Jagannadh says that this methodology will bring a radical change in Indian cinema and probably professional cinematographers may go jobless.

Well, if you have seen Department making video, then you will know that Puri is simply bluffing people to please his guru. Why because such type of filmmaking methods doesn't work in Indian cinema, where people love to watch 'quality' cinema, but not an amateur video on seventy mm screen. If RGV wants his work to please the audiences perhaps he should release it on Youtube or some other video sharing website.
