'Department' Battle: Producer Wins Over RGV

There is a rumour from a long time that self-styled filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma uses a producer to the max and shows empty hands when that person is in need. One such producer has finally won the battle over this director.

Kiran Kumar Koneru, who has produced most of the recent movies of Ram Gopal Varma is angry with the director for cheating him in 'Department'. By taking the sides of Bollywood Biggies, RGV has reportedly cheated him of his investment. After Koneru sent them a Court notice to fulfil his demands, the other partners of 'Department' have finally stepped down. They have given the dubbing and satellite rights of the movie to Koneru.

But, the producer is still unhappy with the way his investments got blocked in RGV's companies and stated that he will continue his legal efforts to recover them. Critics are saying that if RGV continues to do such things, no Telugu producer will be interested to produce a movie with him. Off course, no one shows interest until he scores a hit anyway.
