Senior Actress battling life and death

She has the credit of working on more than 1500 films and has worked in the film industry for the past 50 years. She is also the Guinness record holder for acting in maximum number of films in the world. But right now, she is waging a crucial battle in the ICU at hospital.

She is Manorama and this senior actress is reportedly admitted in the Apollo Chennai hospital. Sources say Manorama slipped in the washing room and injured her head and knee. Doctors have revealed a traumatic brain injury and Manorama has been in the ICU for the past four days.

Manorama has been famous for her roles as mother and grandma to superstars like Rajinikanth and her recent stint in Tollywood was in the blockbuster hit 'Arundhati'. While the doctors are confident that she would recover, here's wishing Manorama a speedy and health recovery.
