Trisha, an ardent cricket fan, was spotted at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai to witness the IPL final match between Chennai Super Kings and Kolkata Knight Riders. The only mistake she has done was sitting with the supporters of Kolkata franchise and appearing in a neutral white outfit, instead of a CSK jersey. In fact, the actress cheered for both the teams. But the Chennai fans mistook it as she is supporting the Kolkata team, despite being a Chennaite.

Criticism started pouring in Trisha's way from the Chennai supporters on the social networking sites for ditching the home team. Explaining the reasons for sharing Kolkata supporters stands, Trisha said she has decided to enjoy the match with her close pal and Bollywood renowned designer Shabina Khan, who is a Kolkata fan. Finally, the hottie clarified to the fans that her heart is with Chennai and she will always be supporting CSK.
