Eega's Rs. 100 crore club Prediction

Controversial filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma is promoting tough task maker Rajamouli's 'Eega' in a big way. He announced publicly that Eega will be a one of it's kind film, even before the release.

According to RGV, Eega will be the first film to start the Rs. 100 crore club in Telugu Film Industry. What he meant was, this graphical extravaganza will collect the magic figure Rs. 100 crore with it's Telugu version alone.

Rajamouli's brand value, tremendous positive buzz around the film, Samantha's golden leg  and Wide Release (1200+ prints) will help the film to fetch record openings. As the Telugu version of Eega is releasing in more than 1000 screens, it has got the chance of making RGV's prediction come true if the film hits he bull's eye. So now, Eega's target is not just a hit, but the Rs. 100 crore club!

Pawan's CGR Dialogues in Circulation

The dialogues of Pawan Kalyan's upcoming film 'Cameraman Ganga Tho Rambabu' are in circulation on the Social Networking Sites. As large number of fans were gathering at Saradhi Studios daily to get a glimpse of the star, it's getting difficult for the security to control them and unit members to maintain secrecy about the films's content.

Pawan plays the role of a press reporter in CGR. While he is busy exposing the scamsters in the film, his fans are busy spreading the leaked dialogues. This is not the first the one-liners in the film got leaked.

Puri's films were known for terrific one-liners. But if the same situation continues, there mayn't be any dialogues other than leaked ones will be left in the film.

Brahmi's Jaffa goes to Bollywood

Comedy King Brahmanandam's upcoming film 'Jaffa', which is being directed by comedian-turned-filmmaker Vennela Kishore, is going to Bollywood now.

While the Telugu version is being written and directed by Vennela Kishore, for the Hindi version his friend and renowned choreographer Sagar Das ('Chak De! India' and 'Raavan' fame) is all set to wield the megaphone. Kishore will be providing Story and Screenplay for Hindi version.

The first look trailer of Jaffa which was uploaded on various sites has created a sensation in the Industry by obtaining nearly 10 lakhs views till date. The concept, unique presentation, dialogues and Brahmi's histronics tickled the funny bones of the viewers. Jaffa is worth waiting for!

Mahesh drops kerchief on Charan's director

Superstar Mahesh Babu will soon be working in the direction of Vamsi Paidipalli, who is currently making 'Yevadu' with Ram Charan in the lead.

Vamsi narrated a storyline to Mahesh recently which highly impressed the actor. In fact, Mahesh promised to give his call sheets for this stylish director after wrapping up the shoot of 'Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu' and Sukumar's film, if he comes back with a bound script.

Of late, Mahesh Babu has increased the speed and he's currently working on two projects simultaneously. Multi-starrer SVSC will be getting ready by the end of September and Sukumar's film is scheduled for Sankranthi. Vamsi's 'Yevadu' will hit the screens by the end of December and his film with Mahesh might go to the floors in January. So, expect a rocking film from this crazy combo!

Gangs Of Tollywood @ Use And Throw Policy

Exploiting talent and showing them empty hands after getting benefits is a usual policy happening in tinsel town. Though many educated people are coming here, this age old policies are not changing.

We hear that young and talented technicians are exploited to the best in Tollywood. But, popular directors and heroes too get used before thrown out. Perfect example for this 'Use and Throw' policy is director Krishna Vamsi, say many folks. He is used by many directors and heroes by consulting him for every small creative idea they want to get. Most of the Film Nagar's directors and writers are once used to wander around KV. After getting break, these 'Gangs of Tollywood' are not even looking at the face of our creative director as he is at all-time low.

Well, the reason behind this is fallen graph of our creative genius. Right after 'Khadgam', he has made eight movies out of which only 'Chandamama' held his name high. Let's hope 'Paisa' will revive his last glory and shuts the mouths of these 'Gangs of Tollywood'.

Telugu Audiences Are Logic Less: Jagan

The man who defined the mannerism and acting styles of big heroes like Mahesh Babu and Prabhas is now targeting the logic of Telugu audience. Though he is facing severe criticism with his remark, he is trying to defend it.

During the audio release function of 'Devudu Chesina Mnushulu', Puri stated that Telugu audiences are no more looking for logic and are ready for story less films. In fact, he proved this with his previous flick 'Businessman', where there are only intense scenes and gripping narration without a proper story. Puri's point is that audience wants to enjoy a kick for two hours rather than beating heads to understand the cliched story the maker is trying to tell. But, the director should notice that this will not work all the time.

Mahesh is different and Raviteja is different. We cannot expect Businessman magic for Devudu Chesina Manushulu though this film is also made with fight and glamour minus story. However, if the talented director manages victory, he will successfully prove that Telugu audience are logic less.

Jr NTR is Not MLA

As soon as the news of Jr NTR teaming up with director Harish Shankar was confirmed by the makers, speculations started that that film would be the political backdrop project MLA (Manchi Lakshanalunna Abbayi) which kept on the back burner for sometime now. NTR was supposed to do 'MLA' with Harish few years back, but due to creative differences with the producer that film never took off.

However, Harish Shankar changed his plans now as he doesn't want to direct a political subject now. The reason behind his decision is due to the heavy rush of political backdrop films at the Box Office (Shakuni, Reddy Gari Manavadu and few others). He made it clear that his film with NTR would completely different with loads of entertainment.

Currently, Harish Shankar is working on the script and he is also planning to rope in the best actors and technicians for the film. He is determined to score a hat-trick with NTR's film. Hope he succeeds in the mission!

Samantha's Health Problems Leaked

Samantha, who has been ruling the roost in Telugu cinema ever since she made debut with Ye Maya Chesave, is finding it tough to handle the busy schedules. Samantha thought of expanding her frontiers to Tamilnadu and also signed up for few sensational projects with top directors. However, her health condition is not allowing her to do so.

Samantha has been replaced by Tulasi in Mani Ratnam's Kadal and now Shankar is looking for a better option in his ambitious project 'I' with Vikram as the lead. It is learnt that Samantha is facing problems with her skin as it is prone to acne. She is taking treatment for it and the doctors advised her to stay out from the arc lights and also the sunlight.

The actress is aware that she has to take care of her health and skin to stay in limelight for many more years. Hence, she isn't in a state to take the risk against doctors advice. Right now she is staying indoors and also has rescheduled her dates accordingly. Samantha will only be in action from July end. She decided to finish off the projects that she has already been shooting for and will only take up new films after she is done with these. Get well soon lady!

Another shocker from Jagan

Crazy director Puri Jagannath stunned the Industry again by announcing the release date of his upcoming film with Allu Arjun. The formal launch of the film will be held on October 18 and the movie is scheduled to release on December 21. Even if the shoot begins immediately after the opening muhurat, the maximum number of working days are just 64 days to complete the talkie part, songs shoot and post production.

Puri has began the trend of announcing the release date, even before the film goes on the floors. He already had a release this year (Mahesh's Businessman), his next outing 'Devudu Chesina Manushulu' will hit the screens in July, Pawan's Cameraman Ganga Tho Rambabu slated for October release and Bunny's film in December. If everything goes as per plan, Puri's four big budgeted film with top heroes will release in the same year, which is a rare feat in present times.

Except Puri, almost all the top directors in the Industry were taking not less than 1-2 years for making a film. Wrapping up the shooting in less number of working days will minimize the cost of production and working for multiple projects in the same year will provide employment for thousands of people dependent on Film Industry. Puri is now an inspiration and role model for the young crop of Directors!

Director's Demands Upset Tapsee

Sexy beauty Tapsee who loves her curly look is not interested to experiment with her hair. The actress says she feels upset when Directors ask her to straighten her hair, but will have to do so if the character demands such look.

Tapsee straightened her hair for her Hindi debut 'Chashme Baddoor' and she is also sporting the same look for her upcoming films in Telugu and Tamil. However, she clarifies that she has no plans to give up the curly hair completely and asserts that she would definitely sport it one of his future films.

No Need To Criticize 'Fourth Lion'

'If the visible three lions resemble law, justice and truth, the invisible fourth lion is Police aka Hero Saikumar'. Now people are criticizing this talented hero for calling himself fourth-lion.

Apparently, dialogue king Saikumar has exaggerated a wedding invitation from their family by adding 'Simham' tags before their names. The card reads 'Nalugo Simham Saikumar', and his wife as 'Aada Simham', son Aadi as 'Bala Simham' and father PJ Sharma as 'Vrudda Simham'. Many people are drawing comedy over these epitomes used by Saikumar. However, fans of this talented actor are saying that there is no wrong in adding those tags.

They say Saikumar is the only hero in Telugu industry who acted as hero, villain, character artist and as a TV Anchor. When he stopped lending his striking 'voice', the careers of two heroes have come to a halt.
