'Rebel' to release on Ugadhi

 

Prabhas 'Rebel' Movie is presently being shot in Bangkok. This schedule is expected to go upto January 12th. The producers have planned to release the movie on Ugadhi (On 23rd March). Prabhas expected to continue to shoot for Vaaradhi from January 16th. Let's hope the movie comes in time to cheer us for Ugadhi.

Can Prabhas beat Mahesh Babu?

When it comes to the top league heroes of Tollywood, the name of prince Mahesh Babu stands tall. While there are other heroes in the circuit, Mahesh has made a niche of his own. However, there is an interesting talk happening in filmnagar regarding a stiff competitor for Mahesh.

Well, the eyes are locked on young rebel star Prabhas. The talk goes "Prabhas has got the right kind of machismo along with the connection towards family and mass audience alike. He can portray rugged and family roles with ease. So he has got the right ammunition to give Mahesh a run for his top spot."

Another version is "Mahesh Babu has got a charisma that Prabhas doesn’t have. Moreover, Mahesh has got a class in everything be it his style, designing or the storyline. Prabhas needs to develop on that front to get there. Currently, Prabhas looks good but he must continue the same success graph to reach the stature of Mahesh."

Businessman gives 'last minute' shock to fans

Mahesh Babu's Businessman release is postponed by two days all of a sudden leaving fans in surprise/shock. Businessman makers have been saying that this film would release on Jan 11 by hook or crook. However, they have decided to push the release by a couple of days. The reasons are yet to be explained.

Not only Businessman, there is a chance for Venkatesh's Bodyguard also to be pushed accordingly. Which means Bodyguard might release on January 14th as per the sources.  Although diehard fans who are dying to see Businessman on Jan 11 were left amused by the postponement news, logically thinking fans are happy with the fresh date.

13th is the eve of big festival and also there is a long weekend in US, which would ensure good opening to the film. The other thing is there aren't many films to compete at the box office for this Pongal and therefore postponing for two days may not show that much affect on the end result.

Businessman's highlight character

One of the most talked about movies of the season is 'Businessman' and as announced during the start, the film is gearing up to hit the screens on January 11th. Now, an interesting update has been revealed by the unit members. It is about one character which will be a highlight in the film.

Sources say the character will be essayed by Dharmavarapu Subramanyam. Buzz is that this character would be unique and will provide a laughter riot for the audience. Director Puri Jagannadh has reportedly taken special interest in etching the character for maximum entertainment.

Now, this has risen to a new speculation. Some are asking why did Puri focus on Dharmavarapu this time. Usually, Puri considers comedian Ali as his lucky charm so getting Dharmavarapu into the scene is unusual. Anyways, as long as the viewer is entertained, the other things don't matter.
